Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Supply

• All products supplied include crop protection chemicals, fertilizers, bio-products, and allied agri-inputs.
• Products are supplied strictly as per company specifications, approved labels, and statutory norms.

2. Pricing

• Prices are exclusive of GST, freight, insurance, and any statutory levies unless specified.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Price applicable will be the price confirmed at the time of order acceptance.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment terms shall be Advance / Credit, as mutually agreed in writing.
• Delayed payments will attract interest @ 18% per annum or part thereof.
• The company reserves the right to withhold further supplies in case of overdue payments.

4. Dispatch & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to logistics, availability, and force majeure conditions.
• Risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer upon dispatch from our warehouse/factory.
• Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with proof.

5. Packing

Products are supplied in standard company packing unless otherwise agreed.

6. Quality & Usage

• Products must be used strictly as per label claim, dosage, and crop recommendation.
• Improper storage, incorrect dosage, incompatible mixing, or climatic variations are not covered under company responsibility.

7. Compliance

• Buyer must comply with applicable regulations and local laws.
• Any resale must be done as per applicable legal requirements.

8. Force Majeure

The company shall not be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any dispute shall be subject to Gurgaon jurisdiction only.
• Matters will be resolved amicably wherever possible.

1. No Return / No Refund Policy

Agri-input products are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched or delivered, due to regulatory and safety reasons.

2. Exceptions (Eligible Cases Only)

Refund or replacement may be considered only if:

• Wrong product supplied by the company
• Manufacturing defect (verified by company QC)
• Transit damage (with transporter and delivery proof)

3. Claim Timeline

Any claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this period will not be entertained.

4. Inspection & Approval

All claims are subject to inspection and approval by the company's Quality & Management team. Decision of the company shall be final and binding.

5. Refund Mode

Approved refunds (if any) will be:

• Adjusted against future orders OR
• Refunded to the original payment source within 7–14 working days

6. No Liability on Crop Loss

The company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect crop loss, yield loss, or profit loss arising from product use.

Dupont Agri Ventures Pvt Ltd reserves the right to:

• Modify these terms without prior notice
• Reject any order without assigning reasons
• Suspend or terminate business relations in case of policy violations

Once verification is completed, the account deletion request will be processed within 3–5 working days.

4. Data Removal

All personal data associated with the account will be permanently deleted from our active systems.

5. Legal & Regulatory Retention

Certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws, regulatory obligations, dispute resolution requirements, or legitimate business purposes.
